Service Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Gloss Girl ABN: 80 851 436 609 to you.

Upon booking with Gloss Girl and its sub-contractors or affiliates, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Once you agree and sign this contract you are agreeing to lock in your date and all the people recorded on this form.

All wedding bookings require a non-refundable booking fee / Deposit to cover holding your date, turning other brides away and administration costs associated with booking, changes and communication in the leadup.

When booking a timeline will be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the wedding date, if any changes to time, dates or location occur your booking will be subject to the availability of stylists and may incur a rebooking fee.

If for any reason you need to reschedule your entire wedding we will do our best to accommodate the new dates and will transfer your booking, this will, however, incur an administrative fee. If we cannot accommodate the new date and you need to cancel you will be liable to pay a cancellation fee.


Should your wedding be unable to proceed due to bushfires, floods (acts of god), pandemics and all situations out of our control, we will proceed with your wedding at a time when such bans or situations are rectified at no extra cost to you

Refunds are not possible in the event of a government ban enforced due to bushfires, floods, situations out of our control (acts of god) or pandemics, break-up of the couple booking the wedding, change of mind or any other reason. This includes if you have paid in full by the 90 day requirement .There are no exceptions to this rule.

However we will reschedule to another time free of charge waiving any administration fees that would normally incur due to change of date

All pre-wedding appointments and bridal trials require full payment upon booking. An invoice will be generated at the time of your booking and sent to your nominated email address. 

Trials are held Monday - Friday only in our studio in Branxton. 

Once your form has been submitted you will be sent a quote to your nominated email address. Once the quote has been accepted you will automatically receive your invoice which will outline the 30% deposit amount which is payable immediately with the remainder of the invoice due 90 days prior to your wedding day.  

Payment types include Direct Deposit into nominated account and credit card. Should direct deposit payment method be chosen, you are required to email a payment receipt provided to you by your bank.

If unfortunate circumstances arise and you need to cancel your booking with us with less than 90 days notice you will be required to pay your invoice in FULL.

This is due to the fact we are a niche business that would have turned other brides away to secure your date and there is very little chance we could replace your booking on such short notice.

Travel Fee is only applicable when traveling to locations outside our FREE travel area. If you are unsure if this applies to you, a quote can be provided upon your request.

In circumstances when parking fees apply, the client will be required to cover the charges when our services are being conducted, for example, hotel parking and meter parking.

Gloss Girl requires information on whether the client has allergies. In no event shall Gloss Girl have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised, for example, eczema, sensitive skin, and sore eyes.

Makeup services CAN NOT be provided if you have conjunctivitis.

Gloss Girl reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our make-up applications and hair styles, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes - only with your consent, of course!
