Shipping & returns
Everything in our shop is something we use and trust in the bridal suite. If anything isn’t right with your order, just let us know and we’ll look after you.
Shipping
- Free standard shipping on every order within Australia.
- Orders are sent with Australia Post and usually arrive within 7 to 10 business days.
- We’ll let you know when your order is on its way.
- We currently ship within Australia only.
- Local to the Branxton area? Get in touch before you order and we can arrange a pick-up instead.
Returns and refunds
Changed your mind?
You’re welcome to return a product within 30 days of purchase. Because these are hair care products, they need to be unopened, unused and in their original condition.
To start a return, email admin@glossgirl.com.au with your order number and we’ll let you know where to send it. Once it arrives and we’ve checked it, we’ll refund you to your original payment method. Card refunds can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or faulty?
If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, email us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.
Your rights
Our products come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
